What is a Tonie Box?A Tonie Box is a music player created by Tonies US Inc that streams content from the internet when a figure is placed on top of the box! They are great alternatives to screen time and are extremely easy to use. While there are many figures created by Tonies US Inc, there are several figures that many families want to see created that simply don't exist. This is where we come in at It's Possible Designs! We work with you to make your dreams "Possible!'

What is a Magic Tonie and how does it work with a Tonie Box?A Magic Tonie from Its Possible Designs is a unique, customized figure or disc created with 3D printing technology. This special figure or disc has a chip from a Creative Tonie embedded inside it. When placed on top of a Tonie Box, the Magic Tonie interacts with the box exactly like a Creative Tonie. This allows users to create and engage with their own personalized adventures using figures that otherwise don't exist.

What are the figures made from? The figures are 3D printed using PLA (polylactid acid) which is the most common material used in the 3D printing process. PLA is a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugarcane. PLA is generally considered safe for food contact and medical use due to its non-toxic and biocompatible properties. PLA offers a sustainable alternative to conventional plastics. More information on PLA can be found here: https://www.makerbot.com/stories/everything-you-need-to-know-about-pla-3d-printing/ Note: At Its Possible Designs, we do not use brass printing nozzles. Our nozzles are all stainless or hardened steel.

Do the Magic Figures have the chip and magnets included?Of course! All of our Magic Figures include the creative chip and magnets to ensure they interactive with your Tonie Box! Both chip and magnets are totally enclosed during the printing process to ensure the figures are as safe as possible.

Do the figures have audio on them? The figures ship as blank Creative Tonies, which is how they will appear on your Tonie App. We cannot pre-load content onto them, or else they would not work on your box. Many of our figures do ship with a QR code that links to audio files you can download to get you started in creating your own unique journey, however! Once you download or create your own audio, you simply upload the audio to your Magic Tonie using the Tonie App or Web Portal. All figures ship with a pamphlet that will show you how the figure will appear in your app. We recommend changing the name to something that you will recognize. The pamphlet also includes information on how to add audio to your figure. Of course, if you need more assistance, we're always here to help you out!

What Audio can I use?You can get your audio from a many different sources! Any audio format supported by Tonies will work with the Magic Figures! You just need to have the audio file on your phone or computer! You can even record and upload audio directly from the Tonies App. This is a popular choice for having family members record messages or read stories for your loved ones! If you need assistance or are looking for suggestions, feel free to reach out!

I'm not very "Techy," how hard is it to add audio? It's very easy! Tonies has an app and a web portal that allows you to add audio from your device (phone/tablet for the app or computer for the web portal). You will need to create an account before adding the audio, but once you have done so, all you'll need to do is select the files that you want to upload to the figure, upload them, and then press and hold the large ear of your Tonie box to update your figure! Once you've done that, the audio will appear on your figure! We include the Tonies pamphlet with instructions on how to do this and many of our figures include a QR code with audio for you to download to get your started! And of course, if you ever need assistance, we're here to help!

What glue do you recommend I use for my magic bases? We like to use E6000. It's a really strong glue that takes about 24hrs to fully set. This gives you enough working time to make sure that you get the figure positioned exactly the way you want it on the base, without it setting too fast. You do need to give it the full 24hrs for the strongest bond possible. Gorilla Glue, Super Glue, and hot glue are all good choices as well.

How strong are these figures? Can they stand up to a toddler? We design our figures to be as strong as possible and many of them are "Toddler Tested" by our own toddlers during the design phase! They are quite strong and should be able to stand up to routine use with no issues. That being said, these have not been tested by any formal regulatory body so if you give them with your children, ensure you supervise them. Tonies recommends their products for children age 3 and above and we would agree that is an appropriate age for our products as well. PLEASE NOTE: Some of our products are more fragile and may break easier than others, such as the Bumble Bee and Optimus Prime figures. Figures such as these will be marked in the description.

My figure isn't playing music, it's just saying "I'm a Creative Tonie! I can help you upload......"This is the default audio that plays with a blank Creative Tonie! You need to upload audio files to your figure using the Tonie App or Web portal.

My figure won't play anything when placed on my box. Each box is slightly different in the strength of their antennas and where the chip sits inside the figure and how close it is to the internal magnets may be interfering with the signal. This is very rare but it does occur. Regardless of the reason it won't play, reach out to us for next steps, but it helps us understand the issue if you try the following to see if you can get the audio to play: 1. Try to move the figure slightly off center of the box, towards one of the back corners. 2. Try to lift the figure slightly off the surface of the box. 3. Try to tilt the figure at an angle to the side

My box is saying "Code Turtle" or Code Ant" or some other "Code." What do these mean? These are specific codes related to the Tonie Box itself. Tonie has an extensive set of troubleshooting guides that can be found here https://support.tonies.com/hc/en-us/categories/201157769-Troubleshooting-Tips but if you have looked and still need help, feel free to reach out.
